HOW IT WORKS

① Join a Discovery Call (Required Before Booking)

Our Discovery Call is required for all trips and happens weekly via Zoom. You’ll meet other curious travelers, get a full overview of what to expect, and ask any questions about the experience. We use these calls to ensure the trip feels like a mutual great fit.

② Register for a Trip

Once you’ve joined a Discovery Call, you’ll receive a private booking link to register. This is where you’ll review trip terms, complete your details, and pay your non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.

③ Make Your Payments

After registering, you’ll receive your payment schedule and remaining balance due. You can pay in full or with flexible installments, with final payment due 90 days before the trip.

④ Get Pre-Trip Support

After booking, you’ll receive helpful prep emails and be invited to pre-trip group calls as the departure date approaches. These are designed to answer questions, share trip logistics, and help you feel connected and confident before you go.

⑤ Enjoy the Journey

All the planning is handled. Now it’s time to travel, connect, explore, and enjoy the world—without the stress.
